Eating To Feel Good

Eating for most people can be either something wonderful or something that is filled with guilt. Since we all have to eat everyday, then it seems like it should be one of our favorite activities. Believe it or not, it can be once you have an attitude that works going in.

There was someone who had a huge impact on the face of people who are overweight. His number ONE piece of advise is that getting a good breakfast is one of, if not the most important things you can do in order to win the battle of the bulge in your daily life. However, the reason may shock you. His reasoning wasn’t the typical, "because it gets your fat burning furnace going." It was that when you eat a good, healthy breakfast it gives you momentum to go into your day.

Think of it like this: If you have a crappy breakfast, void of nutrition, then you are already in the mindset of "I might as well eat bad, I already had a donut for breakfast, the day’s shot already." We all do it. Once you slip, it’s easy to continue to slip. Recently there was a study of individuals that were involved in a study to look at one of the factors in accelerating weight loss. They found something interesting that we can take note of. Especially if you really, truly want to lose the weight for good and keep it off.

They found that a breakfast laden with carbohydrates was the number one factor to reduce the amount of additional carbohydrates consumed the entire day. So if you want to burn more fat, and feel satisfied, one thing you can do starting tomorrow morning is to eat equal carbs and protein for breakfast...

Every day is a new start. Eating should be fun, enjoyable, and give you to fuel you need to feel good. So do the right things and avoid missing breakfast from here on out. You’ll be glad you did and feel healthier fast.
